Effective Wednesday, March 12, 2008, various changes were made throughout the Publishing Agreement to reflect that if you purchase certain Services from us, additional terms and conditions may apply.  These changes include the addition of a new Section 3.4:

3.4        Ancillary Services.  In addition to manufacturing your Book, we offer certain ancillary Services, which are described on the Site, including certain Promotional Tools. Some of our ancillary Services may have additional terms and conditions that apply only to those Services.  Using Services that have additional terms and conditions constitutes your agreement to those terms and conditions.

In addition, we redefined the term “Site.”

Please review the Publishing Agreement carefully to make sure you understand and agree to all of our terms and conditions.
